WMAR Open Horse Incentive Program
This program is designed to give CASH back for every WMAR open point you earn.
There will be 100% payout at the end of each year.
Monies to be awarded at the annual WMAR banquet.
Unlike other incentive programs, there will be no carryovers.　

The program will start anew each year.

There will be 3 divisions offered
1) Halter - includes Hunter In Hand, Halter Classes & Grand/Res. points
2) Judged Performance
3) Gymkhana

The Rules are Simple:
1) Owner & Exhibitor must be WMAR members
2) Points will not count until the Incentive nomination fee is paid.

A) Nominations will be accepted anytime up to Friday 5/11/08 with no penalties
and will still include your Spring Show @ Mason, Mi points.

B) Nominations will be accepted at the 5/25/08 WMAR Red, White and Blue Show
with a $5.00 penalty fee if you wish your Mason, Mi points to be counted.

C) There will NO other chance to pay up your incentive fee and have you previous
points counted.
